What is business coaching?
A business coach works with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and working professionals to form an alliance. Within that alliance, the coach guides clients to clarify goals, overcome old thought patterns and recreate their work environment to become more efficient and effective.
It isn't easy for any of us to deal with change, but the world is always changing and its necessary to adapt in order to better serve your customers. The coaching relationship helps clients not only manage change, but to thrive in the face of it.
Through the process of coaching, clients better understand their interactions with others, improve job performance and enhance their quality of life by finding more satisfaction in their work. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client toward goal-oriented action.
Coaching helps people set realistic business goals and then reach those goals; uncover limiting beliefs and habits that may prevent growth at work; provides better focus so as to produce results quickly; recommends tools, support and structure to accomplish more.
